Field notes belonging to Thomas Knill, mine surveyor in Boulder County Mining field notebook. Brown leather note book. The front cover is embossed in brown ink with "CARDWELL B.P. & S. Co. 425", F9 is written in black ink in lower right corner, and "Evans" is written in brown ink with "Blue Ribbon" written in black ink in the center top. There are 79 pages. The top of each page has pre-printed space for the mine name, engineer's initials, date of survey, and men in party. "Evans Room 4 Blue Ribbon" is written on the spine. |
